Wine Country Estate
This house was built on the site of a previous home that was damaged in the wildfires that have impacted this hilly region of Northern California. The new home is sited around many of the surviving oak trees.
The Mediterranean style landscape features drought adapted, fire tolerant planting. The color palette uses warm, earthy colors with shades of rust, gold and ochre to create a cohesive look throughout the landscape.
Hardscaping uses natural materials like stone for patios, with crushed rock pathways & auto court.
Low voltage lighting was incorporated throughout the garden to enhance the nighttime experience of the site.
